FNX is looking for developers to join the team. Developers at FNX work directly with clients to understand their business problems and recommend exciting technology solutions. FNX developers work with a variety of solutions, including desktop clients, web applications, enterprise services, intranets, and mobile applications. - •Decent at FPS games or enjoy losing, either one

Education/Certification

FNX is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team. Analysts work with clients to understand the project, their business problems, their users, and the technology solution. The Analyst will translate business requirements into feature sets and design solutions with the technology team. Analyst facilitate conversations and negotiations between team disciplines to manage expectations. FNX Analysts also facilitate information architecture and user experience designs and coordinate the Project Managers to manage product backlogs and project scope.
Responsibilities
- •Work within a team environment and take leadership in facilitation of requirement gathering sessions
- •Demonstrate ability to perform research and synthesize useful information from findings
- •Formulate solutions that integrate needs from various disciplines into coherent deliverables

FNX is looking for a Visual Designer to join our team. We are seeking experience across the entire Design spectrum: interface design, interaction design, conceptual modeling, user research, as well as visual design. A great fit is an ability and desire to contribute to all of the areas of user experience while focusing on your areas of expertise. As an FNX team member, you can expect to be involved in all aspects of the solution creation from concept to final design, including scenarios, sketches, usability testing, visual design, redlines, and slices. You’ll bring your knowledge of best-in-class application design to help set the standard for our next generation of industry-leading products. You will contribute to a wide variety of solution contexts including web applications, business intelligence solutions, and custom applications. Your consulting skills are critical and you will be measured on your ability to consult with clients on best practices, effective collaboration, and achievable solutions will be critical; and your ability to work with the rest of the delivery team to incorporate feedback and deliver necessary artifacts.
Responsibilities
- •Envision and create visual design concepts that demonstrate innovation and evoke emotional responses
- •Apply user-centered design processes to develop high quality user experiences
- •Establish and document guidelines for visual and interaction design standards. Particularly as they apply to the implementation of standards for interaction, color, typography, artwork, brand alignment and all other visual/interactive expressions of the user experience
- •Contribute to the evolution and strategy of design policies and practices
- •Help ensure consistency and best-practice design across multiple product lines
- •Provide design expertise in support of SCRUM/Agile team activities
- •Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements that reflect usability findings and other user research, market research and proven UCD principles
- •Translate user and business requirements into viable design concepts that inspire team members and colleagues to develop the right solution
- •Present and sell design concepts and support design from a practical standpoint to ensure implementation of design standards

Qualifications
- •Solid expertise in user-centered design methods, principles and best-practices with a sensitivity to refactoring constraints
- •Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques. Prior experience conducting user research and/or usability testing is a strong plus
- •Ability to conceive and drive product requirements and features by articulating and communicating effective end-to-end product scenarios. Critical to this are the ability to gain deep solution knowledge and the strategic thinking skills required to create effective design solutions that balance business needs and user scenarios
- •Prior experience designing data-centric, line-of-business productivity applications is a must. Experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions is even better
- •Strong skills in standard user-centered design deliverables and processes such as storyboards, navigation models, redlines, design guidelines, etc. with an excellent understanding of when to use each
- •Basic visual design skills - Working knowledge of typography, layout and color theory and hierarchy
- •Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- •Expert level skills with standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, PowerPoint)
- •Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, and AJAX
- •A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions will be required as part of the interview process
Experience

FNX is looking for a Project/Program Manager to join our team. PM’s work closely with clients and technology teams to guarantee the quality of our delivered solutions. The PM will be challenged with managing budgets, scope, resources and client expectations. As a PM you will also be responsible for developing relationships and client satisfaction.
